Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel overall. The rooms were comfortable, new, and well-equipped, but I had a minor issue with the lighting and positioning of items in room 501. The service was top-notch with kind and attentive staff. The location was ideal, surrounded by the vibrant lifestyle of Thessaloniki. The dining experience was good, although the staff seemed rushed during closing time. Overall, a great value for money with delightful facilities.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms offered a great view of the city, but they definitely needed a refurbishment to meet the standards I expected. Although it was not a 'sea-view' room as I had hoped, the service was extraordinary, with staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout the stay. The location was superb, right on the seafront and close to The White Tower, making it easy to explore the vibrant bars and great restaurants nearby. The dining experience was amazing, especially the variety of coffees available. However, some facilities needed improvement to enhance the overall stay.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a balcony and a dark ambiance. The service is consistently friendly and efficient. The location is outstanding with a fantastic view of the sea. Dining is outstanding but closes early. The facilities are satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was spacious and luxurious, with a king-size bed that was incredibly comfortable. The location right on the seafront was superb, close to vibrant bars and restaurants. The service was professional, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. On the downside, external visitors were not allowed for breakfast despite being fully vaccinated.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room I stayed in, number 501, was very dark with very little natural light coming in, and the layout inside felt a bit strange. However, the room itself was spacious and offered a nice view. The service was attentive and friendly, although I noticed they were in a rush to close some amenities early. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, offering a peaceful atmosphere despite the hustle and bustle outside. The dining was good overall, but again, the staff seemed hurried at times. Despite these aspects, the hotel had outstanding facilities.
